Cutler-Hammer Freedom Series IEC starter is salvaged and mounted inside the Rockwell Model 20 bandsaw.
Here the starter is removed from it's original (banged up) enclosure.
The mounting panel will be re-used as well, first, I mark out roughly where it will be cut.
The panel is scored on the mill, then snapped off.
Next, new mounting slots are cut on the mill.

Rewired and mounted inside the bandsaw column. This area is normally where the welder (optional) would go.
No sense wasting good electrics. These things start at around $300 and go on up. The only thing left to do is order new heaters.
